The solution structured by our Export & Structured Finance team (ESF) is aimed at providing a long-term financing solution at competitive pricing to our client. This was achieved by structuring the procurement and then securing the funding from a West European Financial Institution adding a strong credit enhancement.

• The structure enabled the Client to receive a 7 year facility which is much longer than a traditional fleet funding line.
• Competitive interest rate below 2% pa.
• The facility covered financing of not only the fleet but also spare parts & consumables i.e Agri commodities at competitive pricing providing utmost flexibility to the Client.
• The facility provided the Client, flexibility of choosing the suppliers/ brands of the trucks thus providing higher efficiency during operations.
• The facility was available for utilization of up to 18 months, thus providing flexibility in optimizing the procurement schedule.
