The desk has facilitated various facilities (viz., Term Loan, Working Capital, Trade Finance) amounting to USD 57 Million from one of the European Agro-focused impact funds and an African Multilateral for one of the largest conglomerates in Tanzania that has diversified its operations into the Agro space. The Company is coming up with an expansion of its production line.

The facility was utilised to finance the expansion of a wheat milling plant that includes the capital expenditure and working capital for a tenor of 9 years and moratorium of 1 year and the facility was secured against the project assets. We had concluded the transaction in record time, considering the complexity involved in the transaction.
